When the contract is done, we considered that we already have knowledge, experiences and skills to start up an artificial flowers manufacturer business. We discussed with in our group about the direction of this business in the future. Everyone agreed that it’s about the time to change the organization, from a supplier to be a manufacturer. Therefore, we started to design and create our own products. We want to create artificial flowers which are similar to authentic flowers (shape, color, and styles) and we also develop the various kinds of products in order to run the business with many customers.
